Create one of the Nation's favourite curries in no time at all. This 15g pack is enough for 400g of Chicken, Lamb, Fish, Prawns or Paneer. (Serves 2)

Recommended Recipe

400g Prawns
2 Medium Onions
250ml Chicken Stock
1tbsp Tomato Paste
1tbsp Vinegar

• Dice the onions & cook in some oil until golden brown.
• Add this sachet along with a splash of water. Mix well & cook for 2-3mins.
• Add the vinegar & tomato paste.
• Add the prawns & chicken stock. Reduce the sauce.

Spice Mix Ingredients:
Ground Kashmiri Chilli, Garlic, Ground Cumin, Ginger, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder.
